Job Description
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, 8-hour shifts
- 18 patients per day minimum
- Mix of pediatric and adult patients
- Chronic pain management experience included
- General outpatient setting
- Well woman care and IUD insertion/removal preferred
- Pediatric care across all age groups -- newborn through adolescent
- Ongoing assignment
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal

From $120.00 to $145.00 hourly
