Job Role: IT Recruitment

An experienced US Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment process for the United States market. Sourcing, screening, and hire top-tier talent across various US time zones while ensuring compliance with US employment laws. 

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from initial sourcing to final offer negotiation.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with US-based hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate pipelines inside ATS platforms like Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or Lever. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Competent to recruit specifically for the US market.
• Deep understanding of the US IT staffing landscape, job boards, and cultural nuances.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for interacting with US candidates.
• Ability to work night shifts or split shifts to align with US time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST).
• Strong ability to negotiate competitive hourly rates and annual salaries in USD. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience of at least 1 year, working in an offshore recruitment agency or a global RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model.
• Familiarity with US labor laws and standard onboarding documentation (such as Form I-9 and W-4).
