We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive – Recruitment & Staffing

Truelancer.com is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new client acquisition and business growth in the Recruitment & Staffing industry.

Location: Gurgaon – Sector 102

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 6 Months+

Relevant internships: Candidates with internship experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or Staffing are also welcome to apply.

About the Role

• As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting prospects into active clients.
• The ideal candidate should be confident with B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management . Experience in the Recruitment & Staffing industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and other channels.
• Identify key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Managers, and Business Leaders.
• Understand client hiring requirements and present relevant recruitment/staffing solutions.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to understand and deliver client requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support business closures.
• Track leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
• Achieve assigned business development, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
• Recruitment & Staffing industry experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and new client acquisition
• Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation
• Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills
• Ability to identify decision-makers and initiate business conversations
• Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
• Willingness to work from office in Gurgaon – Sector 102

Freshers with relevant internships in Recruitment, Staffing, Sales, or Business Development may also be considered.
