MAKERS Laminate is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to strengthen our sales operations and ensure seamless coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

• Coordinate and support the sales team in managing daily sales activities.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales documentation.
• Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order status.
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other departments.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service-related issues.
• Support the sales team in maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships.

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Experience in laminates, building materials, interior products, furniture, or related industries will be an advantage.
