Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (US Market) to support our sales team by identifying prospective customers, initiating outreach, and scheduling meetings with qualified decision-makers.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, have excellent communication skills, and are looking to build a career in international sales.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential customers across the US market. Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and Linked In. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the US Sales team. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups. Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and requirements. Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or International Sales. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over phone and email. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; experience with Linked In Sales Navigator, , Hub Spot, or Salesforce is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
