Who You Are:
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in an Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership-level roleStrong background managing month-end close activities and ensuring timely financial reportingExperience working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and limited oversightProficiency with ERP systems; experience supporting or working through system implementations or conversions is highly preferredFamiliarity with audit support, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaborationExperience with subscription-based or recurring revenue business models is a plus
What You'll Do:
Support and oversee key aspects of the month-end close process to ensure deadlines are metCoordinate with accounting team members and business partners to maintain accurate and timely financial reportingRespond to audit requests and assist with accounting-related projects as neededHelp manage workflow, prioritize deliverables, and identify areas where additional support is neededPartner with leadership to maintain continuity of operations during team transitionsContribute to process improvements and special initiatives that enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
