Providing a warm and professional welcome to new customers and contractors.
Taking inbound and outbound calls to support customers throughout their onboarding journey.
Proactively contacting customers to progress applications and remove barriers that may delay activation.
Explaining identity checks, Right to Work requirements and compliance processes in a clear and customer-friendly way.
Managing onboarding cases from start to finish and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Keeping customers updated, informed and engaged throughout the process.
Identifying opportunities to introduce Workwell Care and Plus products where they provide a genuine benefit to the customer.
Working towards customer service, quality, compliance and conversion objectives.
Delivering an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and confidence in the Workwell brand.
What We're Looking For
Telephone-based customer service experience.
Experience managing a high volume of calls and customer interactions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new technology.
Ability to work towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment.
We'd Love to Hear from Someone Who
Have experience within Umbrella Payroll, recruitment, onboarding or contractor services.
Enjoy speaking with people and finding solutions.
Are confident, professional and empathetic on the phone.
