Break Time Area ManagerA Break Time Area Manager is responsible for directing and supervising operations in an assigned group of stores to maximize sales and profitability. While this job description contains the primary duties of the position, employees may be expected to perform other duties as assignedJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least three years of management experience or related work experienceSuccessful completion of Break Time Area Supervisor training program within 6 months of accepting the positionMust exhibit a high level of responsibility, integrity, dependability, and stabilityCapability to learn new concepts and use technical materialsAbility to perform mathematical calculations to make change, complete shift reports and account for numbers of products during vendor check inAbility to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machineryAbility to effectively prioritize and delegate to achieve maximum resultsAbility to visually observe and inspect items and work environment for regular job responsibilities and safety concernsPhysical ability to move and position self to move and retrieve products and supplies from shelves, under counters, or stacks of inventory weighing up to 50 poundsPhysical ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or driving) for up to nine hours per shiftPhysical ability to move and position products in cooler with temps as low as 30 degrees for up to 1 hour and in the freezer with temps as low as 0 degrees for up to 10 minutesAvailability to work any shift, weekends and holidays as neededTravel is expected up to 15% with occasional overnights to training or meetingsAbility to consistently drive and work in outdoor weather conditionsAbility to exchange accurate information with Break Time customers in EnglishAbility to occasionally ascends/descends ladders to handle inventory or productsAt least 18 years of ageValid driver's licenseLegal authorization to work in the United StatesAbility to meet company requirements including successful pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and criminal background checkPreferred SkillsBachelor's degreeThree years of experience as a multi-unit supervisor in the C-store industryAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentAbility to work at a fast paceAbility to perform detail work with accuracyExcellent organizational skillsSales abilities
