It is one of the fastest growing companies in this category and deals primarily in lighting (bulbs, LEDs, interior/exterior lighting etc.) and wiring, and it is now entering the category of switches, MCBs, etc. In future Sturlite would also want to enter small electrical appliances like fans, geysers, kitchen appliances etc.

It is a rapidly growing company with 2X annual business growth, having established itself in South & West India markets in the last few years, the company is aiming at a pan India presence by this year end and aiming to be one of the major players in the category within the next 3 years.

1. Scope

The SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO Consultant provides functional support, configuration, and continuous improvement services for Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes. The consultant ensures smooth financial operations, regulatory compliance, and effective utilization of SAP best practices within the public cloud environment.

A. Financial Accounting (FI) Support & Controlling (CO) Support

• General Ledger (GL) configuration and support
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) support
• Asset Accounting (AA) lifecycle management
• Bank Accounting and Electronic Bank Statements
• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing support
• Financial statements and SAP Fiori-based reporting
• Cost Center Accounting & Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders & Overhead cost tracking
• Margin and profitability analysis

2. S/4HANA Public Cloud–Specific Support & Integration & Business Process Support

• Configuration using SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard approach
• Support for SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC)
• Guidance on public cloud limitations and standard functionality
• In-app extensibility support (no custom code)
• SAP Fiori app enablement and embedded analytics
• Coordination with SAP for standard incident resolution

3. Incident, Change & User Support & Compliance & Controls Support Incident Management:

• User issue analysis and resolution (Posting and period-close issue handling)
• Configuration of approved change requests & Impact analysis, testing, and documentation User Support:
• End-user functional guidance
• SAP Fiori and finance process training
• SOPs, user manuals, and quick-reference documentation
• Statutory, audit, and compliance support & Financial posting validation and controls
