Maintenance Worker I - G114 - Right of Way Maintenance - Part Time

This position is responsible for maintaining the Right of Ways for the Urban Forestry & Beautification Division. Remove dirt and debris from roads. Carries tools, mixes concrete, sweeps street gutters; shovels gravel, snow, dirt, sand, rakes leaves, and cuts brush. Picks up litter and debris from right of way; cleans up spills by placing sand on them; removes trash and litter from curbs and gutters; rakes leaves and uses blowers; cuts grass. Directs traffic around the work site during road repairs, and spreads seeds, fertilizers, and mulch during landscaping. Loads and unloads trucks with proper materials. Maintains landscaping, mowing, planting, and seeding. Delivers concessions, chemicals, and miscellaneous equipment. Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment. Picks up garbage and de
