About the Role <p> We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who specializes in developing engaging content for Instagram and You Tube. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies while being fluent in both English and Hindi. Key Responsibilities Create engaging content for Instagram, You Tube, and other social media platforms. Plan and execute reels, shorts, stories, posts, and video content. Research trends, viral formats, and audience preferences. Assist in growing social media profiles and pages organically. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content campaigns. Participate in content planning, scripting, shooting, and editing. Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in content creation. Proven experience creating content for Instagram and You Tube. Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken). Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement. Hands-on experience creating content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X (Twitter), You Tube, and other relevant channels. Knowledge of social media growth strategies and community building. Basic video editing and graphic design skills are preferred. Creative mindset with the ability to identify and leverage trends. </p>
