About the role
Pentad Academy is hiring a Graphic Designer to own the visual and creative output across our brand — social media, marketing materials, presentations, and our website. You'll work closely with the team on how Pentad shows up, and there's real room to grow this into a larger creative ownership role as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Create social media creatives and marketing materials
- Prepare PPTs using ready content
- Make website updates and changes
- Manage social media accounts
- Occasionally visit our centers for creative/content requirements
Who we're looking for
- Someone who's genuinely interested in learning and growing as a designer, not just executing briefs
- Comfortable taking active ownership of design work for the company, not just following instructions
- Must know Kannada
