Student Success Manager — Grades 11 & 12 (SAT & University Guidance)

Mentor Match is looking for a Student Success Manager to guide our Grade 11 and 12 students through the most defining stretch of their school life — SAT prep and university applications.

What You'll Do

• Guide students and parents on SAT targets, when to start prep, and test-attempt timelines
• Advise students on universities they can realistically apply to — from safety schools to ambitious reaches
• Coordinate with SAT tutors and track progress through mock scores, course-correcting early
• Run regular check-ins with students and parents — warm, honest, proactive

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in student counselling, academic advising, or student success (ed-tech a plus)
• Strong knowledge of the Digital SAT and university admissions (US knowledge is a big plus)
• A relationship-builder who earns the trust of both students and parents
• Organised, clear communicator who can manage multiple student journeys at once
