Leasing Specialist

• Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Support renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Work closely with legal, finance, projects, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate occupiers.
• Maintain an updated leasing pipeline and prepare periodic MIS and leasing reports.
• Support the team in leasing activities for existing assets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• 2–5years of relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
