To amplify our institutional brand, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance our stakeholder engagement, we are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to join our team of PR & International Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Public & International Relations

o Develop and execute strategies to position KIET as a leader in education and research on domestic and international scale.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and educational influencers.

o Manage communications during events, seminars, and conferences to enhance institutional visibility.

o Coordinate with representatives from international universities for collaborations, student/ faculty exchange and other programmes.

o Support in drafting impactful press releases, success stories, and articles to highlight key achievements of the institution.

o Monitor and address public perception, including handling crisis communication effectively.

2. Marketing Strategy:

o Support in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to attract students, partners, and stakeholders.

o Identify innovative ways to showcase KIET’s achievements in academics, research, and community engagement.

o Visit embassies and networking events to connect with foreign delegates.

o Travel across the nation, in case of education fairs and other promotional events.

o Collaborate with admission teams to create compelling campaigns that boost enrollment, specifically international admissions.

3. Brand Management:

o Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels.

o Support in highlighting the institution’s unique selling points, including accreditations, research breakthroughs, and success stories of students and alumni.

o Help in organizing impactful events such as industry conclaves, alumni meets, and educational fairs

4. Team working & Reporting to Dean PR & International Relations

o Work with the team of PR and International Relations to achieve strategic goals.

o Work closely with department heads to align PR and marketing initiatives with institutional objectives.

o Manage budgets and report campaign performance through analytics and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.

 Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in education marketing or PR, preferably with institutions of repute.

 Expertise in media relations, content creation, and digital marketing tools.

 Strong interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

 Basic knowledge of v-lookup and other excel functions
