AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. This opportunity includes a $35,000 sign-on bonus and offers a collaborative, supportive practice environment with diverse clinical exposure. Guaranteed base salary with production incentives Occurrence-based malpractice coverage including tail coverage for a full peace of mind Full benefits starting day one, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, retirement programs, and paid parental leave Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed Provide clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers and care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Qualifications Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine; board-eligible candidates will be considered if certification can be obtained prior to hire Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C) Comfortable with minor office-based procedures Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to hire DEA license or ability to obtain prior to hire BLS required; ACLS (preferred) Ready to take the next step in your career?
