We believe cybersecurity shouldn't be limited to IT teams and security professionals. Every digitally exposed individual should understand how attackers think, how attacks happen, and—most importantly—how to protect themselves.

We're looking for a Cybersecurity Trainer who can turn complex cybersecurity concepts into practical, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.

️ Why This Role?

As a Cybersecurity Trainer at Secure Mojo, you'll play a key role in educating individuals about real-world cyber threats through live training, practical demonstrations, attack simulations, case studies, and hands-on exercises .

This isn't a role where you'll simply read from slides.

You'll be expected to think like an attacker, teach like an educator, and communicate like a storyteller.

You'll work closely with the leadership and content teams to design and deliver cybersecurity programs that help people become more cyber-ready in the real world.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will:

✅ Deliver engaging live cybersecurity training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for founders, entrepreneurs, influencers, and other audiences.

✅ Explain complex cybersecurity concepts in a simple, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.

✅ Conduct practical demonstrations, attack simulations, tabletop exercises, and real-world cybersecurity scenarios.

✅ Develop and continuously improve training content, presentations, exercises, simulations, and learning materials.

✅ Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, scams, vulnerabilities, and security trends.

✅ Research real-world cyber incidents and convert them into practical learning experiences and case studies.

✅ Help participants understand social engineering, phishing, account compromise, identity theft, digital exposure, device security, privacy, and other relevant cyber risks.

✅ Conduct assessments, exercises, and interactive activities to evaluate participants' cybersecurity awareness and readiness.

✅ Collaborate with the leadership, research, and content teams to continuously improve Secure Mojo's training programs.

✅ Bring new ideas, tools, methodologies, and real-world examples to make cybersecurity education more engaging and effective.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for cybersecurity professionals and practitioners who:

✅ Have hands-on experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, penetration testing, security research, SOC, incident response, OSINT, or a related field.

✅ Have a strong understanding of real-world cyber threats and attack techniques.

✅ Can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

✅ Are confident presenting, teaching, and engaging with audiences through live sessions.

✅ Enjoy researching new attack techniques, cybersecurity incidents, and emerging threats.

✅ Are comfortable conducting practical demonstrations and hands-on cybersecurity exercises.

✅ Have a strong curiosity and a continuous-learning mindset.

✅ Can work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.

⭐ Good to Have

Certifications or experience in areas such as:

• CEH / OSCP / Security+ / CISSP or equivalent
• Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
• OSINT & Digital Investigations
• Social Engineering & Human Risk
• Incident Response
• Threat Intelligence
• Cloud Security
• Application & Web Security
• Security Awareness Training

Teaching or training experience is a strong advantage, but exceptional cybersecurity practitioners with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
