The RoleLead preconstruction efforts from conceptual budgeting through final GMP.Develop estimates, cost models, value engineering strategies, and constructability reviews.Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and operations teams throughout design development.Manage subcontractor outreach, bid packages, scope reviews, and procurement strategies.Mentor and develop junior estimators and preconstruction professionals.
What We're Looking For7+ years of commercial construction estimating or preconstruction experience with a general contractor.Experience on large-scale commercial, healthcare, higher education, industrial, or similarly complex projects.Strong conceptual estimating, budgeting, and client relationship skills. xzbcwsv Someone interested in long-term growth and taking on greater leadership responsibility.
