What You'll Bring:

Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing

Current CPR certification

1-3 years of long-term care experience preferred

Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices

Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills with residents, families, and coworkers
