Description Consultant Role: SUMMARY: The role is within Depositary Operations helping to ensure that Northern Trust fulfills its oversight responsibilities under the UCITS and Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD). The primary responsibilities will be in area of Valuation oversight and Investment Compliance – ensuring that the fund’s investment policies are in line with appropriate regulations based on fund type and domicile, and the fund prospectus.
