General Manager/ Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Corporate Sales

Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify, target and acquire new corporate clients across sectors. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Prepare and deliver customized insurance solutions to corporate clients.

2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts. Coordinate with placement, operations and claims teams to ensure seamless client experience.

3. Market & Product Knowledge Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, market trend and underwriting practices. Stay updated with IRDAI

Sales Planning & Reporting Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans and forecasts. Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reports to Reporting Head. Participate in business review meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives.

5. Team Collaboration Work closely with placement, claims and support teams for client deliverables.

Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of insurance products (Group Health, Property, Liability, Marine, etc.) Proven track record in B2 B or corporate sales within insurance broking or insurance industry. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred). Minimum 7–9 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, preferably in an insurance broking environment. IRDAI Broker License or eligibility to obtain one.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of sales and revenue targets. Client retention and satisfaction rates. Growth in new client acquisition. Cross-selling and upselling of insurance products.
