Key Responsibilities
- Work on hot and qualified leads provided by the company.
- Connect with customers over calls, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable loan products.
- Generate conversions through effective calling, follow-ups, objection handling, and relationship management.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, process, and applicable terms clearly to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Direct Sales, specifically in the financial services industry.
- Experience in selling any of the following products will be preferred: Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, Pre-approved Loans, Overdraft / Credit Products etc.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills .
- Good listening & communicating skills, having command over diction and spoken english.
- Basic understanding of loan processes and financial products.
