Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN

Overview: #HireNRHS Responsibilities: Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient‘s condition and establishes a plan of care. Performs therapy programs utilizing standard physical therapy techniques as appropriate for the patient‘s age, functional impairments, abilities, needs, and desires. Documents delivery of Physical Therapy services. Educates patients, family, caregivers, significant others, and staff members. Directs and supervises activities of Physical Therapist Assistants and support personnel.
