Clinical Sleep Health Educator

Carle Health is seeking a Clinical Sleep Health Educator to support patients with sleep disorders through evidence-based education and coaching. In this role, you will provide one-on-one and group education on sleep hygiene, CPAP and other therapies, and lifestyle changes that improve sleep quality and overall health. You will collaborate closely with physicians and care teams, document progress in the EHR, and contribute to community outreach programs.
