Job Summary: Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment at healthcare facilities, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair biomedical/electrical/electronic equipment at client sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on medical devices and engineering equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide user training and demonstrations to hospital/clinical staff.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the technical and product management teams for upgrades and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for service visits.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
