Kept Companies is a leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.As a Sweep Driver, you will operate commercial street sweepers and related equipment to provide high-quality parking lot and surface cleaning services for our customers.Operate commercial sweeping equipment and company vehicles safely and efficientlyPerform parking lot, roadway, and exterior surface sweeping servicesInspect equipment before and after each job to ensure it is operating properlyComplete routine equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues as neededRemove dirt, debris, leaves, and other materials from commercial propertiesFollow assigned routes and complete jobs according to scheduled timelinesMaintain a clean and organized work area and vehicleFollow all company safety procedures and customer requirementsCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersComplete required job documentation and service reportsSafely load, unload, and secure equipment and suppliesWork independently while maintaining productivity and quality standardsBe available for occasional overnight and out-of-town jobsWhat We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredValid Driver's License with a clean driving recordMust be 21 years of age or olderPrevious commercial driving, sweeping, landscaping, construction, or maintenance experience preferredExperience operating commercial equipment is a plusBasic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment preferredAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to lift 50–70 lbs. and perform physically demanding workComfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditionsReliable and professional with good communication skillsMust pass a background check and DMV record checkMust have a flexible schedule, including occasional overnight workWhy Join Kept Companies?Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)PTOOpportunity for career growth and advancement
