Fund Finance Associate

A Real Estate Investment Manager is looking to hire a Fund Finance Associate. The Fund Finance group is responsible for the fund performance analysis and all aspects ofaccounting and reporting related to the Real Estate funds, with a focus on supportingoperational and business planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Review and prepare quarterly and annual financial statement packages including investorcapital reporting Conduct variance analysis of financial results against budgets, forecasts, and actuals,identifying key drivers and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders Financial analysis and delivery of KPI’s on an ongoing basis to all stakeholders (seniormanagement, investors, lenders, regulators, etc.) Coordinate all aspects of Fund administration related to managing Funds with externaladministrators and advisors Manage the Fund Sources; Uses, spanning multiple Funds in both the investment period andvalue creation stages of a Fund’s lifecycle

Required Qualifications xzbcwsv  3+ years of experience in public accounting or private equity fund finance/accounting required,demonstrating a solid foundation in financial analysis and accounting principles – realestate/private equity experience is preferred Demonstrated background in FP&A, corporate finance and/or real estate private equity-relatedroles is a plus
