Experience: 18+ yrs. Account leadership Manager Account and Customer Management Own and manage strategic customer accounts within the Embedded Engineering domain. Build strong relationships with customer leadership, engineering managers, and key stakeholders. Conduct regular governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive business reviews. Drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and long-term partnerships Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of embedded engineering programs preferably industrial products across multiple projects and geographies. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget. Monitor program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Establish delivery governance frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and reporting me
