The Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway placement is comprised of four levels based on a RN’s minimum experience, education, and qualifications. Level I - 0 – Less than 12 Months of RN Experience. Level II - 12 Months - Less than 3 Years of RN Experience. Level III - 3 Years - Less than 8 Years of RN Experience. Level IV - 8 Years of RN Experience. Job Overview The RN Complex Care independently provides direct nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices in a complex care area.
