Job Description

• Serve as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA Service implementation projects, following the SAP Activate Methodology
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Map service business processes to SAP S/4HANA solution processes
• Perform fit-gap analysis and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA Service with other SAP components such as SAP CPQ and SAP S/4HANA Sales for seamless business process execution
• Support master and transactional data migration, cutover planning, and system upgrades in brownfield implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI-CA, CI, Controlling, RAR) to deliver integrated solutions
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service processes and integration points
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing
• Identify opportunities for AI infusion into solution implementation
