Pay: $55,000 - $90,000

Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Engineer for a top warehouse equipment solutions client. This candidate will serve as the face of the organization at customer warehouse and fulfillment facilities, helping clients maximize the performance, reliability, and longevity of battery-powered mobile workstation equipment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting and repair abilities with outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities include equipment diagnostics, maintenance, hardware upgrades, end-user training, and operational consulting, all while working closely with customer operations and maintenance teams. Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of technical field service, maintenance, or equipment support experience
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair experience with mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment
• Hands-on break/fix support, hardware repair, and equipment upgrade experience
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience training end users and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Ability to travel 55-75% throughout assigned territory
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform physical installation and maintenance work

Day-to-Day:

• Serve as the primary on-site ambassador supporting customers at warehouse and fulfillment facilities
• Conduct equipment evaluations and performance assessments
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair battery-powered mobile workstation equipment
• Perform maintenance, hardware upgrades, and break/fix repairs
• Deliver hands-on customer and end-user training
• Educate customers on equipment best practices, safety, and lifecycle management
• Build relationships with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and equipment optimization
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and account management activities
• Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to customer sites
