Title – Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (Staffing)Location: Jonestown, PA 17038Schedule: The site operates two shifts: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m. The ideal schedule would be 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with flexibility to overlap shifts and support employees.Pay: $25–$30/hour

Join Our Team!We are looking for an experienced Onsite Lead / Supervisor to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. If you have experience in staffing, recruiting, warehouse supervision, or team leadership and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
In this role, you'll help manage daily onsite operations, support employees, and work closely with our client to ensure staffing and production goals are met. During the account's ramp-up period, you will also assist with recruiting activities to help meet growing staffing needs. Candidates who can effectively balance onsite operations and recruiting responsibilities are strongly preferred.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support warehouse associates during daily operations.Ensure the client has the staffing needed to meet production goals.Assist with recruiting, interviewing, candidate screening, onboarding, and new hire orientation, particularly during the account's ramp-up period.Balance onsite employee supervision with recruiting and staffing coordination to meet changing business needs.Track employee attendance, productivity, and performance.Serve as the main point of contact for employees and the client.Address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.Promote a safe work environment by following company and client policies.Help improve employee engagement, attendance, and retention.Support changing operational and staffing needs as the account grows.Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees, as needed.
QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, warehouse supervision, or team leadership.Experience balancing onsite operations with recruiting or staffing responsibilities is preferred.Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment is preferred.Bilingual in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Arabic are requiredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing staffing needs.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
