Occupational Health NurseWarringtonFull-time, permanentSalary £45,000-£50,000 per annumThis is an opportunity for an experienced OHN to move away from a high-volume environment and take genuine ownership of an in-house Occupational Health function, building strong relationships across the site and making a tangible difference to a large workforce. The organisation is particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong practical OH experience and the ability to operate effectively & confidently in an in-house setting, rather than focusing solely on academic qualifications.Experience within manufacturing, safety-critical environments, health surveillance, fitness-for-work or supporting driver populations would be advantageous (but not essential).Occupational Health Nurse essential requirements:Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pinAble to work self sufficiently following inductionStrong experience carrying out case managementExperience working as an Occupational Health NurseThe successful candidate will be confident in their professional judgement and comfortable professionally challenging managers and stakeholders where necessary.
