FREE provides a diverse array of supports and services including: housing; recovery services; transition to work; employment; day, community and family services; respite; crisis services; education and after school support; specialty health services; and advocacy.We are currently seeking a Fee-for-Service (FFS) Children's Therapist to provide flexible, part-time therapy services to children and adolescents in a school-based setting. This role is ideal for a licensed therapist who wants a consistent part-time schedule working with kids in the community.What You'll Do:Perform assessments to evaluate mental health, substance use, and behavioral conditions in children and adolescentsDevelop individualized, prescriptive treatment plansConduct individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based, brief/focal models of careTrack patient progress using outcome toolsCoordinate care with schools, families, and other providersAdvocate for each child's rights and needs across the treatment teamComplete documentation in a timely, compliant mannerWhat You'll Need:Master's degree in a human services fieldActive licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, or LMHCAt least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health diagnosesValid driver's licenseStrong communication and organizational skills; sound clinical judgmentThe day-to-day demands of this role require an extreme level of patience and de-escalation that may not align with your personal strengths or current coping strategies.Working with this demographic involves dealing with high-provocation situations, which could easily compromise your own progress and stability.Children’s Therapist, for immediate consideration, apply now!For almost five decades, Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc.
