We are currently hiring on behalf of our clients for the following position: Position: Talent Acquisition Consultant Location: Chicago, IL Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 7+ We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead recruiting efforts for mid-to-senior level professionals, with a strong focus on Sales Professionals/Consultants within Professional Services . ? Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days/week in a local office What You’ll Do: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process , from intake and sourcing through selection and offer. • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior business leaders to build effective hiring strategies. • Source and engage high-quality talent using LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and other recruiting technologies . • Recruit experienced Sales/B2B professionals , particularly within professional services environments. • Advise hiring managers on candidate assessment, interviewing, selection, and offer strategy. • Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. • Leverage AI and technology-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency. Must-Have Qualifications: • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Strong agency recruiting experience combined with Professional Services recruiting • Proven success recruiting and placing Sales Professionals / B2B talent • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and recruitment technologies • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices Nice to Have: • Experience influencing senior leadership and key stakeholders • Recruiting experience within the Health
