I’m partnering with one of the most exciting early-stage companies in the AI data space to hire their Founding GTM Engineer.
The companyMy client helps businesses unlock value from an asset most don’t realise they have: their historical operating data. They license that data to frontier AI and data labs for model training, giving companies a way to raise millions in growth capital without giving up equity, taking on debt or cutting headcount.They’ve gone from $0 to a multi eight-figure run rate in a matter of months and are backed by top-tier VCs. The team is small, so you’ll carry real ownership and grow as fast as the business does.
The roleAs Founding GTM Engineer, you’ll build and own the infrastructure, automations and reporting that let AEs and SDRs spend their time sourcing and closing, not on manual work. Every system you ship makes the whole GTM team faster and better.
What you’ll doBuild enrichment and list-building pipelines that continuously surface and prioritise the right target companiesStand up and maintain multi-channel outbound infrastructure (email, LinkedIn, phone) with personalisation at volumeOwn CRM integrations and data quality so pipeline and conversion data is trustworthy and accessibleBuild live dashboards for lead volume, conversion and pipeline health, with no manual data pullsContinuously test new tools and automations, keep what works, cut what doesn’t, and prove it with real measurement
What they’re looking for3–5 years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, Sales Systems or Growth EngineeringDaily user of an AI coding assistant (Cursor, Claude Code or similar) who can scaffold and ship a working automation the same dayFluent with CRM integration and configuration (Attio or similar), plus SQL and CRM data modellingHands-on experience building enrichment pipelines, target lists and outbound infrastructureA relentless tester and optimiser who proves impact with dataExcited to build in person, 5 days a week, in DumboNice to have: production experience with LLM APIs (prompt design, evals, error handling), Clay or similar orchestration tools, or an early-stage startup background
The package$175K–$235K base plus meaningful equityRelocation bonus of up to $15,000 where applicable100% covered medical, dental and visionUnlimited PTOFree gym and fitness class membership$500 desk allowance
ProcessIntro chat (20 min) → Technical screen (1 hr) → Take-home build challenge → Onsite (3 hrs) to present your build and meet the team → References and offer
