✅ Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate an on-roll field sales team

Drive B2C sales performance and achieve business targets

Handle portfolio management and ensure business growth

Monitor and control attrition & shrinkage within the team

Implement effective sales strategies and processes

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in team handling (on-roll field sales team)

Strong experience in B2C Sales

Good understanding of portfolio management

Expertise in attrition & shrinkage management

Insurance industry experience is mandatory

Excellent communication & leadership skills

Regional language proficiency is mandatory
