Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Presales Le ad to drive enterprise solutioning, customer engagement, and technical sales support.

role requires strong expertise in virtualization, cybersecurity, endpoint management, networking, cloud, and enterprise infrastructu re, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design scalable solutions and support enterprise customer transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions and technical discussions with IT and security teams
• Deliver product demos, technical presentations, workshops, and POCs
• Design secure digital workspace and remote access solutions.
• Prepare solution architecture documents, proposals, BOMs, and RFP/RFI responses
• Work with CXOs, IT heads, and security stakeholders for solution alignment
• Support POC execution and transition to implementation teams
• Enable partners and internal teams on solution positioning
• Stay updated on cybersecurity, cloud, and industry trends
• Mentor junior presales engineers

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Presales / Solution Architecture / Technical Consulting
• Strong knowledg
• Virtualization (VMware / Citrix / EUC / VDI)
• Cybersecurity & Zero Trust concepts
• Networking & enterprise infrastructure
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience in enterprise customer engagement and solution design

Preferred Skills

• SaaS or cybersecurity domain experience
• Exposure to Zero Trust Access / Secure Remote Access solutione
• Experience working with large enterprise or strategic customers
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to handle RFP / RFI and solution design documents
