Are you passionate about customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and creating impactful user journeys? We're looking for a ( & ) at SalarySe to join our growing team and help us deliver meaningful customer experiences across multiple channels.

: 2-4 Years

' :

- CRM campaigns across Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email & In-App channels

- Customer journey creation and campaign execution

- User segmentation and performance tracking

- Content creation for customer communication

- Data analysis and campaign reporting

' :

- Exposure to CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.

- Strong written communication skills

- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention, and engagement

- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision-making

- Ownership mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment

- Experience in Product, Growth, CRM, Marketing, or Content-related roles/internships

- Prior startup experience
