Litigation Attorney

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 + bonus

A multi-hospital health system in Northern New Jersey is looking for a driven, analytical Litigation Attorney with 4–6 years of post-bar experience and a strong background in commercial litigation, complex contract disputes, and general litigation. Healthcare and Real estate litigation experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial, contract, and real estate litigation.Oversee case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and settlement negotiations.Coordinate with outside counsel, insurers, and internal leadership.Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Requirements

JD and active bar membership or eligibility for in-house counsel registration.4–6 years of litigation experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government setting.Experience with commercial and real estate disputes, legal drafting, and discovery. xzbcwsv

Preferred: Healthcare legal experience, including healthcare litigation, employment disputes, or professional liability.
