SAP PPQM Specialist

WE'RE HIRING: SAP Manufacturing Specialist Are you a strategic SAP solution architect ready to lead global manufacturing processes? We’re seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Specialist to join our team as a senior technical leader and guide our MTD/QBM consultants. In this high-visibility role, you will own the end-to-end SAP manufacturing landscape, drive process enhancements and Kaizen initiatives, and architect seamless integration across S/4HANA environments. You’ll partner closely with the global CoE, regional business teams, and cross-functional leads to deliver best-in-class, robust SAP solutions. Key Highlights: Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) Experience: 5 years in SAP PP, QM Key Responsibilities: Support, manage, and optimize global SAP manufacturing (MTD) processes across business units. Provide hands-on solution architecture, hands-on support, and first-time-right resolution for incidents and change requests. Provide day-to-day technical leadership, mentoring, and prioritization to a team of MTD and QBM consultants. Analyze quarterly SAP version releases, identify business gaps, and owner solution change management and rollout testing. Drive interface design, manage extraction table requirements with S/4HANA teams, and oversee shopfloor execution integrations. What You’ll Bring: Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering (Engineering background preferred). Proven hands-on expertise in SAP PP/QM with at least 1 end-to-end implementation or support lifecycle as a team lead/architect. Strong experience in S/4HANA integration across cross-functional modules Demonstrated capability in managing interface requirements, extraction tables, and vendor/SAP OSS communications.
