Partner/Counsel - General Liability (Portable Book Not Required)

Prominent firm with a national practice is expanding in the Carolinas and seeking a Senior Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join as Partner or Senior Counsel. This role can be based in Charleston, South Carolina or in North Carolina (Raleigh, Greensboro or Charlotte) . A portable book of business is NOT required.

Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

General Liability, Construction, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Product Liability, Toxic Tort, Professional Liability, Coverage, Medical Malpractice, Auto, Employment Litigation, Catastrophic Injury, Retail & Hospitality.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
• Trial and/or trial prep experience
• Prior experience mentoring or supervising associates
