Developing strategic partnerships with businesses, the full-time remote Employer Relations Partner I will manage employer outreach, create recruiting strategies, and coordinate employer programming to enhance career opportunities for students. Key responsibilities Conduct ongoing employer outreach to build partnerships and increase career opportunities for students Develop recruiting strategies for employers while ensuring representation of various academic programs Coordinate employer programming and events, utilizing project management skills to align with institutional goals Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in employer relations, career services, recruitment/staffing, human resources, or higher education administration Bachelor's degree Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems and technologies Willingness to work variations in schedule, including evening hours as needed
