About the RoleWe are a growing wholesale and eCommerce company in the toy and costume industry looking for a hands-on Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our online business and support marketing across multiple brands.We sell through Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Faire, and other online channels, as well as to wholesale customers and major retailers.We are looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and focused on driving growth across ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, and wholesale.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp develop and execute strategies to grow Shopify and overall ecommerce salesManage and grow our TikTok Shop presenceManage and grow our Faire wholesale marketplaceMaintain and grow our social media presence across multiple brandsCreate and coordinate social media content and promotionsSupport email marketing and customer retention campaignsAssist with Google Ads and other digital advertisingSupport Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace initiativesOptimize product listings, content, images, and promotionsSupport wholesale marketing, including email campaigns, sales materials, and seasonal launchesMonitor performance and identify new opportunities for growthQualifications2–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related roleHands-on experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platformsStrong understanding of social media and current digital trendsStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and platformsCreative, analytical, and able to take ownershipExperience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central/PPC, Google Ads, Faire, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Canva, CapCut, or B2B/wholesale marketing is a strong plus.Who Succeeds HereSomeone who is proactive, hands-on, and focused on growth and results. xzbcwsv This is an opportunity to take ownership across multiple ecommerce and marketing channels and help grow our brands.This is a full-time, on-site position in Manchester, NJ.
