Job Description
As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you provide and coordinate inpatient nursing care across hospital units based on staffing needs. You use the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and clinical judgment to assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments, and monitor responses. You collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support patient and family education, and help maintain a safe, high-quality, patient-centered environment on night shifts.
