Process: Web chat into domestic Telecom process. Role: Customer Support

Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms.

Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues.

Hindi with English Chat support. Note: This is work from office Note: Freshers with Hindi to read, write and understand can only apply. Note: Freshers with English & Tamil please don't apply.

Shift:

7 AM-12 AM (Day Rotational Shift any 9 hours)

7 AM-4 PM 8 AM-5 PM 9 AM-6 PM 10 AM-7 PM 11 AM-8 PM 12 PM-9 PM 1 PM-10 PM 2 PM-11 PM 3 PM-12 AM

Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur Chennai.

We can consider your profile only you are under our Transport boundary limits. We will provide a one-way cab facility for employees whose shifts end between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Looking for immediate joiners- (within a week time) Walk-In Location: 82/30, AMBIT IT PARK Ambattur Industrial Estate 2nd Main Rd, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu . Walk In - Monday to Friday Morning 11 AM to 3 PM. Exclude Govt Holidays

Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply) Should have basic knowledge about telecom process. Should have typing skill. Freshers with Hindi to read, write and understand can only apply. Looking for immediate joiners- (within a week time) Salary: 21k CTC and 17.5k TH.
