Manager - real estate sales

Blue Pine Consulting is looking for experienced, dynamic, and target-driven Real Estate Sales Managers to join our growing team in sales for ultra-luxurious real estate projects. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a proven sales background.

Requirements:

Spoken English is mandatory Minimum 3+ years of experience required Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups Target-oriented mind-set Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads for real estate projects Connect with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups Schedule and coordinate site visits Explain project details and convert leads into sales Maintain customer databases and sales reports Build long-term client relationships

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month Performance-Based Incentives Career growth opportunities
