Role Overview

We're hiring a Senior Sales Executive to grow our Mumbai business — acquiring new corporate clients, managing key relationships, and achieving sales targets, while delivering the premium service All 4 Season is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events
• Prepare and present travel proposals; negotiate and close deals
• Build long-term client relationships; drive repeat business and upselling
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Coordinate with Operations, MICE, Holidays, and Accounts for smooth service delivery
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports (Daily, weekly & Monthly Activity Report)
• Share market insights with the leadership team to support business planning.
• Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Ticketing, Visa, Holidays, MICE, and Accounts teams for smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate with Accounts for timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments while maintaining a positive client relationship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Travel, Hospitality, Airlines, Hotels, or MICE
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
