Founding Engineer (Hardware Engineer)

To that end, we are hiring highly skilled engineers in almost all non-software domains, with particular focus on those with extensive CAD/CAM software experience.
AI/software experience is not necessary.
Preferred Qualifications (Please apply even if you do not have all):Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc. or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in your field of engineeringProficiency in CAD software and experience with engineering data analysisProven expertise in engineering simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN, or equivalent)Strong technical knowledge in core engineering principles, fundamental mechanics of composite materials, design, analysis, testing, and fabricationExtensive experience with parametric modelersExcellent problem-solving and communication skills

Salary range: $200k-$400k+
