Job Description
We've opportunities in our Bathgate office for experienced outbound Customer Sales Advisors. These roles will see you calling homeowners to promote energy-efficiency upgrades, and convert qualified opportunities into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to promote energy-efficiency upgrades to homeowners.
Assess customer needs through effective questioning and identify suitable solutions.
Explain products, benefits, costs and value to drive customer interest.
Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
Build rapport, handle objections and convert enquiries into sales.
Follow up leads to maximise conversion rates.
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Ensure all activity complies with company policies, regulations and data protection requirements.
Key Skills & Experience
Previous outbound/ telesales, contact centre or target-driven sales experience.
Confident communicator with strong telephone sales skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong questioning, listening and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable discussing pricing and costs.
Results-driven with a proven focus on achieving targets.
Resilient and motivated in a high-volume outbound environment.
Accurate CRM and data-entry skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience in home improvements, energy, utilities or construction sales is advantageous.

£28,500.00 per annum- 37.5 hour week
